WHERE WE STAND NOW

We currently own 150 Acres of lake front property conservatively valued at between 8 and 10 million dollars. In addition we have been donated two pieces of property valued between 1 and 1.15 million. As of January 1, 2010 we are able to offer these properties for sale. If we receive a conservative estimate of $800,000.00 for the properties ~ will have achieved 32% of our fundraising goal. This will also allow us to begin construction on the first two condominiums.
